“Oasis in Kisumu”
The staff was amazing, and went out of their way to be helpful. They helped us navigate m-pesa to buy train tickets, and got us the names of potential drivers to Naivasha. The food was wonderful. The garden is delightful. It is in a safe neighborhood.

“A quiet and relaxed place”
Located in the prime Kilimani area, this place offers you a peaceful stay. The rooms are fairly clean. The good is great, and it is value for money. The workers could improve, especially in reception and housekeeping. Ensure you have mosquito repellent.

“simple and neat”
It's simple, neat, and works for a quick overnight stay when on a work trip. It's not a 'fancy' hotel, but the environment is kept neat and clean. They do serve breakfast. There is no pool or gym. rooms are small but there is a work desk, and internet via wifi is available

“neat and secure”
simple neat and functional. works for that overnight comfort and secure stay. the wifi internet access worked. theer is TV in room but limited inhouse channels. There is a hdmi port on the TV so you can connect your laptop and use the screen. not sure if they have the cable provided - i had mine.

“Pleasant staff but needs some renovation”
The staff were really helpful, but the place had seen better days and the food was just above school canteen level.
