I was here on a group tour which on the night we checked in just happened to fall on lao new year so many staff were not working, the staff that were couldn't have been more helpful a power even managed to carry 2 large suitcases up a flight of stairs which I think I would have struggled with 1. “Classy paradise.”
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially Mr Tri and Miss India. They helped book our train tickets and also upgraded our room as I was not so mobile. They put us on a downstairs suite which was marvellous. Just a great location and place to stay . Thank you so much xx
