The hotel is located very conveniently directly in the old town, all major sight-seeing can be done on foot. Good restaurants are very nearby. “Good location, but with disappointments”
Great location for walking - but they did not warn that drop-off and pickup are restricted as the hotel is in a permit-only zone. I had to lug my suitcase across cobblestone streets for quite some distance on both days. (Despite trying to coordinate a pickup permit with staff.) Service was lacking … more

Average hotel - it’s not really worth 5 stars. There is no immediate drop off point outside the hotel, so suitcases had to be dragged across a park to the drop off point - no hotel staff offered to assist which is what you would have expected from such a highly rated hotel.
