We had a wonderful stay at El Sheikh Suite Hotel and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, safe, and comfortable. As two women traveling with two children, feeling secure was very important to us, and the team made sure of that every step of the way. Their warmth and friendliness truly made us feel like part of their family. The suite itself was beyond our expectations. Spacious, clean, and beautifully arranged, and no one can beat their prices for the quality and service provided. It was such a heartfelt experience that saying goodbye was genuinely difficult. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and unforgettable memories!

This was my 2nd stay at this little gem in Hamra district in Beirut, Lebanon. Hotel now is under new management. I had some trivial problems which were resolved quickly & professionally by the new manager Mr Nizar Said. Mr Nizar paid attention to every detail & took my tiny complaint seriously! He gives the clients "Service Beyond Excellence"! Here is a full review of my experience: Location: close to mini markets, numerous affordable restaurants, Hamra district shopping, & a few pubs...the sea is just a 15 minute walk where you can stroll, jog, or swim!***** Entrance: Security greets you politely entering and exiting. Along with a smiling, free valet parking person. Hotel is very safe for solo foreign travellers like myself***** Reception: Professional multilinguistic friendly staff, especially Ahmad, Layal, & Weam! ***** Rooms: stayed over a months, & never seen any bugs. always super clean, not to mention 24 hr electricity, which is important in Beirut. chamber maids are very polite & try their best to make your room feel like your home away from home! All premises are cleaned on a daily basis., from the entrance to the lobby to the corridors to your room.***** Management: Mr Nizar gave "Service Beyond Excellence"***** a 5 star experience!

After days of searching for good value stay in Beirut I found this hotel to be the best option available and I was not in any way disappointed Shortly after my short notice booking I was reached out to on WhatsApp to confirm my plans and an offer to help get there from the airport. Not knowing the local “ways” but having a rough idea of the cost I agreed to their good value transfer and was met upon arrival with a sign with my name. Upon check in I was greeted by Bchara who was very polite and efficient, offered me a free drink while I was waiting and then I was again pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room - very spacious and amazing view. I rarely say it these days but my expectations have been wildly exceeded

“A Mixed Sheikh…”

On arrival I was appointed a corner room on the penthouse floor, which sounded great, however, the walls were really thin and with a connecting door to the suite next door I had a poor nights sleep due to noise from other guests. On arrival I was appointed a corner room on the penthouse floor, which sounded great, however, the walls were really thin and with a connecting door to the suite next door I had a poor nights sleep due to noise from other guests. Internal sound disturbance from a broken extractor in my own kitchenette only served to exacerbate the situation. The following morning I reported these issues and requested another room, which took the hotel practically all morning to organise. I was eventually shown a smaller room on a lower floor (with balcony) although this hadn’t been serviced. Consistent problems throughout with no TV reception, intermittent WiFi, no currency exchange on-site (despite being advertised) and no tourist information. Customer service was a case of ‘hit and miss’, when it was good it was very good and when it was poor it was practically non-existent. Standards of cleanliness were generally very good, however, including servicing of rooms/suites and communal areas. The small breakfast area on the ground floor was fine, clean and tidy with a fairly good range of breakfast items. A shisha cafe bar on the mezzanine level seemed to be closed the whole time I was there. A small fitness room on the lower ground floor was a welcome addition, however, no bottle water / machine siphon. Overall it was functional but for a week long stay (6 days) it left a certain amount to be desired. Would not be inclined to book again, however, based on the location and the relative value for money it provides a fairly decent option for a shorter stay, perhaps an overnight visit or a base for a weekend trip.
