“Nice city center hotel”

City center hotel, perfect for a short business trip. Good combination of a business and leisure activities. Nice places for the meeting. Staff was helpful.

We chose hotel because of location abs that was a very good idea . Hotel is new, clean and beautiful. Rooms are good size and being a budget hotel is very good. However mattresses are very very firm and none of us ( group of 6 people) had a good sleep. Pillows are also very firm and lumpy. They are very understaffed and it’s apparent that customers experience is not important. I was surprised to see that it is expected of staff to be responsible to carry out 3 people's jobs. It’s real shame as all staff were very helpful and professional ans it’s a great shame that hotel management/ investors or owners do not care about the pressures staff and guests are facing in they daily operations. This is also results in very poor customer service, mainly very long wait for food or drink. For example, we stayed 4 days and every day we waited at least 30 min to get served drinks ( coffee, tee, beer or whatever) . The same staff member is responsible for checking in and out, look replenish busy breakfast buffet, make drinks if someone want to order just a tea and not pay for breakfast. Make hot food or cocktails and deal with guests enquiries. On our last day , we allowed 30 min to get a cup of coffee and wait for taxi before travelling back home. We didn’t want breakfast which ment that we couldn’t use self service machines to make hot drinks. So we ordered it at the bar. We didn’t get served because there was only one staff member and he was very absolutely inundated with busy morning check out and looking after breakfast. He was also the one who was expected to do our hot drinks for 6 people. We paid for drinks but had to leave as he was not able to make it in 30 min we had allowed for it as we had to catch our flight. Its very disappointing to see staff being worked to such an unreasonable level.

“Great Central Hotel! must stay!”

Central hotel within walking distance of the old town and plenty restaurants and cafes. Parking is also beside the hotel for a fee. Rooms are spacious and shower is great with nice toiletries. Central hotel within walking distance of the old town and plenty restaurants and cafes. Parking is also beside the hotel for a fee. Rooms are spacious and shower is great with nice toiletries. Large TVs in room and large windows which creates for a specious area. Break- out area serves drinks and food both on the higher price side but convenient. Hotel is quirky which makes for a nice area to either use for location or use to relax with plenty of space to do so. There is also a storage area for your luggage- via lockers which is also ideal. Would recommend to stay here if you’re coming to visit. Short walk there is also a large shopping mall which is also full of restaurants.
