“The hotel for romantics who value peace, great views, and sincere service.”
We are visiting this hotel for the second time, and fell like here like home. We will definitely come next year and recommend to friends. The view from the window of room No. 12 cannot be compared to any view of the hotels visited in the EU or Asia. Great location, view and feeling.

“great location”
We spent one night here on Christmas. the staff were super friendly. Thr wifi worked well. We had dinner at the 'gourmet' restaurant, which was ok but not amazing (food looked nice, but flavors were weird). The view of the castle was lovely. The parking had to be reserved in advance.

Late check-in was a disaster. No one was around and I had to keep knocking on the door until someone passed by who was willing to let me inside. There’s only five or six parking spots. Trakai is the one place in Lithuania where people really know to charge you - and this "hotel" sadly is no exception.
