As soon as you except the fact that its 3 star hotel all make sense.Rooms definitely need to be updated and redecorated but this is pretty much all negative thing to say about this hotel.Location is next to the park in a very quite area,very relaxing after all hassle during the day,free parking ,very spacios rooms with all you might need(safety box,ironing equipment,cofee making mashine,fridge) and decent breakfast.Staff extremely helpfull and polite as well as service.Stayed for 5 days and would book this hotel again. As a side comment to the managment: amount of artificial plants and flowers can be reduced a bit:-) this is not a deal breaker but would definitely give better first impression

I read the reviews before I booked this hotel, they are not very inspiring and I can’t add much more other than agree with most of the comments. I looked forward to staying and finding out for myself. I will say that the room was clean and had a good over Vingis park to the TV tower. The breakfast was OK, the usual selection of breakfast foods you find at most hotels and coffee from the machine was good. I did not need to eat dinner there because of my circumstances. The safe in the room had been left locked, so I had to go to reception to get it serviced, maintenance came while I was at breakfast and left it open for me, but when I locked it with my code it would not open, another trip to reception, maintenance came and looked at it, and said it must be broken and went to get another straight away which worked very well. I was out all day during my 2 day stay, and the impression I got was I was the only guest staying there, I had a room on floor 15, and never saw guests or heard anyone. The only people who were not staff I saw in the mornings were delegates to the conferences being held there. On the 2nd day I did ask for my room to be serviced, it never happened. Check out was one of the quickest I’ve ever encountered for the price I did expect more interest in my stay

The room and bathroom were spacious, free parking was a nice amenity. Howeve, you need to call reception to open the parking, which is a bit of a hassle for international travellers who don't have a local phone number. Free bottle of water and pastries were a nice welcome. Breakfast is good with local and international selections. View from the high roof window was very cool. Rooms are outdated and need a renovation. They could also be cleaner. In the name of sustainability, they only clean and refresh your room upon request. The hotel is located a bit off centre, around 20 minutes walk from the old town. Pillows and bed were a bit too soft for my liking.
