It's clean and relatively close to the Earl's Court station (.8 miles). The room has modern LED lighting and a private bath. I was thankful to have a room on the ground floor with my heavy bag (there's no lift) but it takes the prize for the smallest room I have ever seen. They manage to fit most that you would need in a room except if it were me, I'd replace the little stand at the end of the bed with a little table and tuck in a chair so you have somewhere to sit that isn't the bed. The mirror is cracked at the bottom of clothes cabinet and the toilet runs constantly but I got it to stop once when jiggling the equipment. I had a flushing issue once and they offered to get it fixed but it wasn't that bad of a problem. This is not a traditional hotel in that there's no reception or staff except in the morning when people are checking out and rooms being prepared. They put your key in an envelope and attached to the mirror as you walk in. There's no sign in front anymore so you don't know if you're at the right place till you walk in and see your name on the mirror. Not the best. There's a little patio in back to hang out with friends. I heard noises at times but it wasn't that disturbing. The window opens minimally for security reasons (you're on the first floor) but helped during London's heatwave at the end of June. The hotel says it has fans available, you only have to locate staff to get one for you (I didn't see staff the first few days as I headed out early for Wimbledon). The staff are quite friendly and engaging when you find them. Again, it was very clean and affordable and I would happily stay again.
