“Lovely summer stay”
Just back from staying here for one week in July with my wife. We really had a great stay. The room was spotless, with a newly refurbished modern bathroom. “A gem in the city”
This is our second year staying at the Athena Hotel. We love the location; train, tube, restaurants, and parks are all nearby. “wonderful experience family summer vacation”
Had a lovely stay here. It was very hot as there was an unexpected heatwave in London and there was no ac, however we knew this before booking and the hotel were upfront about this. “Charming hotel”
Excellent all around! I didn’t realize there’s no ac until I read the website after I paid in full . That was a me thing as I didn’t realize ac is not common in the UK. I’ll likely not stay in a non ac place again except winter time if I happen to go, but they provided a fan which was a lifesaver. … more
