Excellent location, service and comfortable room. I stayed here during a heatwave and unlike other hotels, they had air con! What a bonus!

“Great Little Find”
A lovely little find, just off the Bayswater Road, opposite Hyde Park. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the pricing is very good for Central London. Located less than a 8 minute walk from Paddington, it's great for connecting all over London

“surprise room change”
We did NOT appreciate the room type change. While described, at check-in, as an upgrade, it provided an extra bed, which we did not need, removed a refrigerator that we wanted, and put us in a room overlooking a central shaft.
