“Beautiful hotel”
The hotel is spotless clean, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and on arrival we were upgraded to an amazing suite. Thank you so much

“Fantastic location”
We had a lovely stay. We had requested a quiet room and had a huge room in the lower ground floor, which was excellent. It was only a short walk to Paddington station and to Hyde Park, so a fantastic location

“Great location.”
Superbly located very near 2 tube stations, Queensway and Bayswater. Many bars, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance as is Hyde Park. Checking in very easy, room was OK, perhaps a bit tired, needed a lick of paint and new furniture but for 2 nights perfectly acceptable. The bathroom… more

“Perfect location”
Very nice hotel, very friendly reception staff. Small rooms and bathroom, and bed a bit hard, but good value for money and location was perfect. Between 2 tube stations, both easy to walk to, and right across from Hyde Park. Very quiet and safe location.

Only one star lost as I was a bit warm in the room and it lacked natural light so getting made up for the evening was a little challenging!
