“Brilliant”
Stayed here again in October 2025 and it was brilliant, staff are amazing, décor is awesome, we ate in CitizenM and the food brilliant too. The app made it very easy to see what was going on and it has free Wifi. The bed was comfy and hotel was quiet Overall a brilliant stay.

I always stay at a CitizenM in cities where they're available. It's a concept hotel--you either get it or you don't. “Great base for weekend in London- solo parent with baby”
Stayed as a solo parent with a 6 month old. Room was very clean and plenty of space for a buggy and bags. Bed was huge and perfect for us (we cosleep). I loved the view of the train tracks.
