Great location. Near Gloucester Rd and Earls Court Tube stations. Sainsbury’s at the end of the road. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Blackout curtains very effective ensuring a good night’s sleep. Karin who greeted us on arrival was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation far exceeded my expectations and we will definitely stay again.

I travelled 16-17th March 26 (booked via booking.com, can book direct and will do so next time.) Stayed for my disabled child's appointment in hospital close to the apartments. I am so truly happy with my experience at City Prime Apartments!❤️ The location is lovely, safe and close to private parking which I had booked separately, also to Cromwell Hospital and even Sainsburys supermarket is almost on the doorstep if needed. I had brought prepared food for my children and the fully equipped kitchen in our room was wonderful. I had driven such a great distance and the apartments were absolutely our oasis. All staff were just amazing but especially Mr Shawan (hoping I've the spelling correct and apologies if not.) He was a true example of professionalism, efficiency, and importantly, of understanding and kindness and such an exemplary representative for City Prime Apartments. I cannot praise him enough and I won't ever forget his kindness to myself and my children. The apartment we had was no.7 on the lower level and it was perfect as after stresses of travelling such distance, we were in an oasis of calm and quiet (which is needed for both my children.) The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with crisp clean bed linens, beautiful bathroom and it was so cosy warm which again is important for my youngest. The main bedroom (including large bed, built-in hanging space etc had glass doors leading out onto a small private area which contained a table and chairs and it was so peaceful. The other bedroom had two single beds also with hanging space. There are varying lighting options in the main living room area, extra large tv, very comfortable sofa/seating area and the decor and finish of all was superb. Also I can honestly say it was also fantastic value for money. [Apologies that I cannot review any surrounding eateries or places of interest for anyone, just due to the purpose of my trip.] In the photo of living area, please note there is also a fab glass coffe table, it was I who placed the cover seen just to keep my littlest person's interest averted and it worked perfectly! In a heartbeat I would stay here again hopefully for a relaxing holiday next time!! If you ever come across this Mr Shawan, truly thank you so much for your help and for making our stay an oasis of calm, peace and kindness. I will definitely get back someday!! Lovely place and amazing apartment for a family or friends, comes with AC 24 hours reception available with a smile and ready to help. Definitely recommend with brand new apartments.

We stayed here for a week in London. It was a nice clean, cozy and comfortable apartment. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 and everyone we met there was very nice and helpful. We stayed here for a week in London. It was a nice clean, cozy and comfortable apartment. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 and everyone we met there was very nice and helpful. They always said hello and asked how was our day or where were we off to for the day. It has a nice small kitchen with a washer/dryer combo and a sitting area. We weren't cooking, so it fit our needs for the week. But you could cook if you wanted to. It felt like home for the week. It is within walking distance of the Earl St. and Gloucester Road tube stations, about 5-10 mins.. Close by there are supermarkets. Which we purchased food for breakfast. It is on a quiet street. We walked back from the tube at night and it felt safe. Lots of restaurants close by. Most are near the tube stations.
