Our stay was outstanding . The location is bar none as it’s two blocks from Harrod’s and walking distance to Sloan square, while being on a quiet tree lined street. “Acceptable but not exceptional”
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. Our ground floor room directly behind reception was OK with a bathroom lacking shelving, the living room and bedroom were adequate. It was nice to have a small washing machine (clothes) in the kitchen.

“Central apartment that’s OK”
This is a centrally-located rental apartment, and while apartments are nice, they are in need of carpet and furniture cleaning. If you book, ask not to get 701 or 702 — they are right outside the reception desk, and the woman who works there during the day is loud and talks almost constantly.
