“Amazing help from Stella, Thank you”
We were staying on the 6 floor facing the road. My wife is pregnant and needed a quiet room to sleep. I called reception late at night, and Stella came up super fast to help. She showed us another room, helped us move, and made sure everything was good. So kind and thoughtful. Really appreciate… more

“Stella made our stay better”
Stayed with my family. No hot water, bit of a bummer. Met Stella at check out. She was super nice, helped with bags and gave us good vibes. Told us hotel will be renovated and back next year. Location is great. Service was good. We will come back after the Reno. Big thanks to Stella❤️❤️

Looking at some of the bad reviews beforehand we were a bit worried,but personally although our room was on the smaller side,it was spotlessly clean,nice bathroom and a comfortable bed.also had tea and coffee in the room.check in was easy with friendly receptionist.definitely would use this hotel a… more
