“Location good”
Great location to walk into town. Checked in via the app, but room wasnt ready when we arrived at 3pm, reception advised they would upgrade room, but didnt feel it was any superior to the one I booked. Also over charged when checking out, had to speak to team to rectify

“Decline in standards”
We have stayed in this hotel many times and are honors members. Location is great. We stayed there in October, 2025. Price good for London but I’m not sure I’d stay there again. We had 3 rooms.
