Don't be put off by negative reviews on here. I stayed on 5th floor, room 514 and it was lovely. “A well located nice, comfortable hotel at a decent price.”
For a business trip to London, this hotel ticks all of the boxes. Rooms are clean and warm, shower is good, bed is comfortable, breakfast is decent and plentiful (and included in the price!).
