“Rush off her feet but still smiling”
I was disappointed about the not getting through to reception for a simple blanket. Never got one even though I had to go downstairs to ask. He promised me I would get one but slept without. “Great stay!”
After our train arrived in London very early, Mohammad at reception was very attentive and helpful in trying to get us checked in early. He was very polite and friendly and made the start of our stay a very happy one! The room was in perfect condition too, no complaints.. highly recommend :)

“Great Experience”
Stayed for 6 nights. I was on the 6th floor so can't speak on the underground floors but I had an exceptional experience. “Very good”
Another superb stay at this very efficient hotel. I wish other guests would keep quiet when walking down corridors after midnight. However that is not the hotels fault. Cleanliness was excellent. Reception great.
