I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay my family and I had at the Holiday Inn Express Victoria, London, from June 16th to June 21st. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and most importantly, our children felt very comfortable and enjoyed their stay as well. A special thank you goes to Catalin, who immediately resolved a very small issue we experienced in our room and did so with exceptional kindness and professionalism. I would also like to give a very special thank you to Rossella, who assisted us from the moment of booking and continued to support us throughout our stay. Her attention, care, and dedication made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. In addition, I would like to thank all the reception desk staff. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names, but every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The level of customer service provided by the entire staff was truly outstanding. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff working in the breakfast area. Every morning they greeted us with a smile, kept everything perfectly organized, and contributed greatly to making our mornings enjoyable and relaxing. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests were truly appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. “Convenient for exploring Westminster”

Location is perfect for walking through Westminster. It is also close enough to walk though St. James Park to Buckingham Palace. Location is perfect for walking through Westminster. It is also close enough to walk though St. James Park to Buckingham Palace. From the window of our room (top floor), we could see Parliament, Big Ben, the Eye, and Westminster Abbey. We reserved this room with IHG points, and we were later shocked by the cost of one night, posted in the lobby - more than I would pay for a hotel. It was a nice stay - quiet, convenient, and with a good breakfast.

“Great hotel - excellent service”

Lovely hotel in a great position to visit London attractions. Near Pimlico tube station and on the no. 24 bus route. Most important is the excellent and kind service that we received from the reception staff, especially, Catalin, and the General Manager, Anna. The rooms have all facilities you need… more

Lovely hotel in a great position to visit London attractions. Near Pimlico tube station and on the no. 24 bus route. Most important is the excellent and kind service that we received from the reception staff, especially, Catalin, and the General Manager, Anna. The rooms have all facilities you need, including hair drier, iron and ironing board. Good shower and our room had a window that we could open which is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend staying there.

First impressions were poor; we arrived in the middle of the June heatwave, we were given our keys to a room on the top floor and then told the lift was out of service…we were not offered any help with our luggage. The male receptionist was rather surly, he did a nice cough as he was serving us without covering his mouth- nice, NOT!! The room was very small and my attention was immediately drawn to the carpet that was covered in stains (yuck), seems to be a theme in this hotel reading other reviews. Things improved however, the bathroom was clean with decent toiletries (nice white fluffy towels also) and the bed was comfortable. The lift was fixed and the other three receptionists were encountered throughout our stay were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, plentiful and of a good quality. The hotel is in a good position and within easy reach of both Pimlico & Victoria tube stations. Would we stay again? We would, but would request a lower floor. It must be noted that this is a budget hotel so don’t expect luxury!
