In my head, the big mass market hotel brands – Holiday Inn, Premier Inn, Travelodge – are much the same as one another. After staying this weekend at the Holiday Inn Regents Park, this is definitely not the case! The Holiday Inn Regents Park is a bright, modern, well kept up building, with an inviting lobby and attentive reception staff. The room was clean, comfortable, more spacious than we expected given the location, had everything you’d expect of a mid-level hotel room – and even some bonus snacks! None of the corner cutting I had increasingly begun to associate with the big mass market brands. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful, and the 11am finish and then 12pm checkout was a real bonus! I was reluctant to pick the Holiday Inn over an independent hotel for our trip to London – but now I would not hesitate to choose it again.

“Lovely Hotel”

Stayed on a Saturday evening. Twin room was a good size and very clean. Reception and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice large bar and lounge area for m 1st floor.

Stayed here for one night as I was attending a function in London. When I arrived I was told that I had been allocated a premium room, not sure how it differed from other rooms - there was free water and Pepsi in the fridge as well as some crisps and chocolate sweets alongside the tea and coffee. And a very new looking waffle dressing gown which felt very comfortable. The room had a large king size bed but there was not too much room around the bed. There was a large desk with a mirror at the end of the bed, and a small table with a single chair alongside. The lighting was good as as well as overhead lighting there was a large lamp stand by the side of the desk. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. There was hanging space inside the room by the front door and some cupboards with a safe. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable and very well lit. The shower was over the bath and the pressure was good, with a rain shower overhead and a hand held shower. Towels were in good condition. My room stay included breakfast which was help yourself, a large choice of hot or cold breakfast items and fresh fruit, cereal, juice and pastries. All in all I had a very good stay here and hopefully will come back.

We stayed for three nights and booked three rooms. There was some confusion regarding the booking; although we requested twin rooms (two single beds), we were initially given standard double rooms. ​The hotel was okay in general, but compared to other Holiday Inn properties we have stayed at, this one felt like a lower standard. The rooms were small, the bathrooms were in need of renovation, and the walls were quite thin, meaning we could hear noise from both the hallway and outside. ​The breakfast was fine but lacked variety, looking exactly the same each of the three mornings. It was especially difficult for anyone with dietary restrictions, like vegetarian or vegans, to find options. That said, the location was excellent and is certainly the highlight of this hotel
