“Great Location, Inconsistent Empathy”
Check in was pleasant although front desk got cramped when other guests arrived. Room was a decent size considering the hotels’ very central location. “Someone else toe nails on the floor”
The Indigo hotel is just grubby. My room floor looked dirty and I found someone else toe nails on the floor. I raised the issue with reception and they said after an investigation. The cleaning staff were spoken to and they were looking to reclaim their costs. Reception also said I must have moved … more
