“Perfect hotel at the heart of the West end”
Stayed there for 3 nighty on a business trip. the hotel is at Leicester square right in the middle of everything important in central london. “Loud and mediocre hotel. Not worth it.”
A very mediocre hotel to say the least. Reception staff was pretty unfriendly and unhelpful at check in. Was was decent but location is on top of a busy square so it was very loud in the room. Restaurant on the roof has great views but breakfast was terrible. Overall not worth the money at all.
