“Fabulous stay”
Hotel is very clean, well presented and welcoming. I spoke to three members of staff and they were fantastic. I stayed in room 12. Small room but very cosy. Had everything I needed. Comfy bed. Plenty of tea and coffee. Bathroom was bright and clean with towels and toiletries. Will definitely stay h… more

We stayed here after having yo leave our other hotel in the middle of the night. Welcomed amd made to feel comfortable Spotlessly clean and comfortable room Great shower Lift to all floors Breakfast included in the price Will definitely book here again

“Just fine if a room is all you want”
I thought it was just fine - the room was small and the facilities limited but if you just want a room to stay in while visiting London then this is absolutely fine. Breakfast was ok. The room was very warm it must be said - hard to sleep but once asleep it was fine.
