“A gem”
My husband and I stayed there in early Sept . 2019 for 5 nights .We loved this little jewel of a hotel in a prime location on High St. Kensington . “Bad approach”
The two virtues were the good location and the bathroom that was modern. Otherwise the entrance was depressing, narrow and worn, and more appropriate to the cheapest bed-sit that one could imagine in the area. Carpet in the bedroom was also badly worn.
