“Exceptional staff”
We had an exceptional stay, the location was excellent but more than the location was the staff. Large hotels can feel cold but not this hotel, the staff were exceptional. Congrats to your training department, wonderful job. We had a wonderful stay.

“Couldn't be better”
A wonderful place to stay in a popular and charming central area of the city. Rooms were comfortable and elegant, the Hyatt member lounge was lovely, the service was top-notch. We were treated so well and would return here without hesitation.

“Fantastic trip to London!”
Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. The staff was top notch. Felt very well cared for and truly had an amazing time. Very centrally located to restaurants and shopping with a tube station nearby.

“Great hotel”
Great location- comfortable rooms- helpful staff! We would stay here again with our 3 kids! The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and parks, while also being just out of the way on a quiet street. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the friendly staff everywhere!
