“Outstanding hotel”
Location was perfect, the staff are a credit to the hotel, especially Tyrone and amani, on check in their warmth and friendliness set the tone for the stay. The rooms were stunning, one of the best hotels we have stayed in!

“Very comfortable and stylish hotel”
A luxurious quiet hotel, just 5 minutes from underground + overground at Shepherd's Bush. Clean, lots of extra touches, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

“Brilliantly refurbished hotel”
Stayed in this great hotel for a one night city break. Hotel has been very recently refurbished and is immaculate . Got upgrade to premium king room which was brilliant with massive and comfy bed. All staff were exceptional helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again for night in London
