“Great place to sleep and shower.”
Clean, well-maintained hotel in older building, convenient walking distance to the Kensington museums, and 2 blocks from the Piccadilly and District lines. “Trip to London ”
We stayed here for two nights and it was a lovely place. The staff where polite and respectful, and they tided our room when we didn’t expect it. The hotel was clean and well presented. I would stay here again on my next trip to London.

“Great price for a small distance”
The guest hotel is very cosy. Nearby (less than 5 minutes) you have a metro station where you have 3 different connections (Piccadilly, District and Circle Line). “Good location, okay value”
Good location if you have meetings in and around Earls Court or Kensington. Some of the rooms are dated, so do ask for the most up to date rooms! Never had any problems and have stayed here a lot over the past few years. No thrills hotel.
