Looked for a suitable hotel to accommodate 3 ladies and this hotel had everything we required. Close to Gloucester Road underground, Tesco Express, Nandos and 3 pubs. Hairdryer, towels, body wash and hand wash in lovely appointed bathroom. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and staff adhered to current virus requirements. There is a lift and drinking water fountain. Such a great hotel and good value for money.

Never thought I would stay in a hostel with the family, we have 3 kids and trying to find a hotel to cater for a family of 5 at a decent cost in Central London is impossible. Well until I stumbled across this place. I had reservations before we arrived, but they were all put aside the minute we walked in. What a fantastic gem this is in the heart of London. Rooms were spotless and big, bathrooms were very modern and very clean. The place itself was very clean and very good in all the covid activities we have to abide to. We loved the big balcony on the second floor with a massive area with tables and benches in to have breakfast or dinner we did have a cheeky takeaway delivered to the hotel and sat there and enjoyed the outside in the heat. The breakfast room was closed due to covid so we were unable to actually eat at the hotel. but with all the cafes and coffee shops less than 5 mins away we went and fetched our own in and sat out in the balcony area. For location the hotel is spot on, the natural history museum is across the road and the tube stations are 5 mins max walking, science museum less than 10 mins walking and knightsbridge with Harrods and sloane Street around 10 mins walking. Hyde Park is less than 10 mins walking as well which was lovely considering the heat wave we were having at the time. We had taxis to places like South Bank and Leicester Square/ Covent garden was just over £15. The staff at the hotel are so welcoming and will help with anything they can, you could still get drinks at reception when ever you wanted hot or cold. The room we had, had 8 beds 3 bunk and 2 singles and we still had plenty of room in the room to move around. One downside and it is a little thing but the road noise at night seems loud and we were on the 5th floor, its not deafening but you can hear it. Would I stay here again 100% thought it was brilliant Great location Great room Great staff Great price thanks for a great stay

“Great After Service”

My son stayed here on a recent school trip and really enjoyed the hotel Noice rooms and affordable for a large group. He left his jacket at the hotel and they were extremely helpful in getting it returned. Great job

“Great location ”

Couldn’t have picked a better location to stay- right across the road from the Natural History Museum and close to Gloucester and south Kensington tube stations. Big clean rooms perfect for a family. Arrived really early 9am so was great to b able to leave luggage. Would definitely stay again.
