“Amazing hotel, excellent service, great design”
Really loved this place, excellent design, really cool place to be, but what made it special was Peter on reception who went out of his way to sort everything out for us when we had a problem with our room. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in London.

“Excellent overall”
We had an excellent stay here! All the facilities are top knotch! I want to give extra kudos to all the staff, especially the upstairs staff who were super helpful in assisting with luggage.

“Another positive experience with the Montcalm brand”
As always a great stay. I’d requested a room with a bath and I got one! ( their baths are huge and the water is always piping hot) comfortable bed and helpful staff and just an all round great experience. Perfect for business stay

“Great Location and Comfortable Stay, but Not Quite Five-Star Value”
