“Very good hotel at a top location”
This was one of the best hotels i've ever had in London. It's only a 10 minute walk from Baker street station and 10-15 minute walk to Oxford Street. The room was big and very clean. “Ideal place to rest your head”
Stayed for 1 night on new years eve. Greeted by friendly staff. Were able to access room early. Hadn't realised I had booked a studio apartment. “Adequate”
Very clean and comfortable room but windowless. No staff overnight until at least 08.30 am so don't plan to use their luggage store as advertised. Other reviews mention a cafe; there isn't one.

“Functional, clean, noisy”
Ok, let's get the downsides ( and the reason for only a 3 star review) out of the way. Our room was at the front of the hotel and the sash window had a quarter-inch gap at the bottom, which meant road noise was prevalent all night long.
