This is an easy walk to pick up the District and Piccadilly line. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Convenient kitchen with washer dryer. Grocery store close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location.

We stayed for two nights as a family of 3 and were really happy with the location and layout of the apartment. We were relieved at the end of our trip to have this place that was clean and included a separate bedroom for our child and a full kitchen to be able to relax at "home" a bit more. Because… more

We stayed for two nights as a family of 3 and were really happy with the location and layout of the apartment. We were relieved at the end of our trip to have this place that was clean and included a separate bedroom for our child and a full kitchen to be able to relax at "home" a bit more. Because the apt was on an upper floor, there was very little street noise, and there were nice views of the surrounding neighborhood. We loved that this place was so close to the tube, both the Piccadilly line and District line - made it really easy to get around. Lots of great places to eat and enjoy nearby too. Would highly recommend.

“Disappointing and stressful stay”

Firstly the location was great. Close to both Gloucester and Earls court station. Firstly the location was great. Close to both Gloucester and Earls court station. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful particularly with working out how to use the bedside lamps (wall switch!). That’s where the good part stops. Had we been able to find accomodation elsewhere we would’ve left after the first night. Unfortunately everywhere for families were sold out. We had scaffolding all around our apartment. We were not advised there would be workman working 9.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday when we booked this. Our travel agent rang to ask about this. They in fact started making noise most days 8.10am not so much equipment wise but talking and setting up right below our bedroom windows. We had to keep our curtains shut for privacy. We had to allow access to our room the 1st morning we were there for the fire door. Surely this could’ve been done before we checked in the day before. Our beds were made up daily and were fine til day 3 where it looked like a 2 year old made it and the sink in the bathroom still had marks and hair in it showing it had not been wiped down. The dining table still had crumbs from the day before. Chairs were still where we had left them. Not having cleaning supplies meant we couldn’t clean it ourselves. Regardless it shouldn’t have been an issue as meant to be serviced daily. We had maintenance come up about the shower in the ensuite as there was no hot water. I was told everything would be replenished daily and asked even the washing pods to be told yes and yet when I asked for more I was told they were only supplied for the 1st 2 days. When I asked to purchase some instead of buying a box at the shops I was told no! They didn’t replenish the coffee or sugar sachets so my husband had to go and ask for some. Lastly the final 3 nights we had broken sleep. The 1st of those 3 nights we were woken 2am by loud thumps above us, loud talking and the tv. We assumed someone had just arrived so let it go. The 2nd night they returned and made noise up to 10.30pm making loud noises on the floor, loud voices, constant running up and down and again loud tv but the worst was our final night when at 1.30am I called the reception to have them come up and listen themself to what sounded like a ball being bounced continuously which I’d been listening to for over 3 hours by then plus stuff being dropped on the ground, dragged on the ground and muffled voices. We sent photos and have sent emails during our stay so you can see the dates these events happened. We would never recommend staying there to our friends and have already told our travel agent to take it off her list. Your advertisement says luxurious living. While we paid over $6600 aud, We saw and felt none of that. Each day we dreaded returning.
