Very convenient and functional hotel, usefully situated just outside of the paid congestion zone and very close the Hammersmith tube. Maria was very welcoming and efficient at reception. The room on the 7th floor was very comfortable with excellent a/c on some the hottest days of the summer. In the bar area, we must mention Lucy who provided great service with a positive attitude. Car parking in the basement is plentiful. Use an App to undercut the £40 per day hotel charge. Recommended.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby bus stops and train stations. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. However, the room felt quite dated, and the furniture showed significant signs of wear and tear. The in-room amenities were also lacking. The air conditioning was not very effective, and a few of the staff members were not particularly helpful.

“Subpar facility would not return but attentive staff.”

We are staying here now - July 2026. Hotel is fairly remote in a quiet residential area. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a nearby tube stop. However, for the next trip, we would prefer to be more central. The rooms are reasonably clean but very tired looking. Grout is missing from the tiles and a little funky smelling in the drain. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Given that the hotel advertises air conditioning, we are not pleased. At 90 + degrees we expected air conditioning as promised. Air blows but it’s certainly not cool. And I think they even reduce the air flow at night because we woke up sweating and it felt sweltering. The reception area is not cooled either. The staff is standing behind the desk with fans blowing. We reported it to maintenance and was advised that this is as “cool” as it gets and we were offered a fan. We are booked as part of a group and would be leaving if we had another option. At 5 PM a staff member walked right into our room for an unknown reason. It was very intrusive and strange at that time. The experience is really not “average”. It’s well below average compared to our stays in other European cities. However, the staff has been very kind and attentive which makes me incline to give it a 3 instead of a 2.

Our stay was organized for us as part of a larger travel group, and we added some days to the front of the trip. We would not have booked here if we had planned our trip separately. We have visited London several times before. This location is further away from the city center and we found there in not much to do in this area. Dining options, especially dinner, are limited, and our experience is everything requires an extended tube ride. Fortunately there is a tube station nearby. I wouldn't especially recommend this area for a family visit. The hotel is clean with small rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel restaurants have a limited menu, which we tried, and found the food to be uninspiring . As noted, our room was small. It was functional for sleeping but not conducive for lingering at the start of, or during, your day. One caveat is the air conditioning, or lack there of. The room never really cooled down during the hot days (34c/90f) of our trip and sleeping was uncomfortable.
