“Excellent place fore the price on this strategic location”
Excellent service for the price in that area. Polite and friendly personal. Spacious and clean room for that price in this location, close to Hyde Park and to the underground station. Very good continental breakfast. Strategic but quiet location. Thanks a lot

It was a nice experience staying with Phoenix hotel. My friends and I stayed for two nights on a three bed suite, the room was big enough for us and we had everything we needed. “Great Location, great hotel.”
This is a lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance from Paddington and with Hyde Park and lots of other sites and shops close by. “Very nice and friendly hotel”
We enjoyed our stay very much. Bathrooms are a bit dated. Rooms are good and clean. Service is great and friendly, breakfast nice, even ok for vegans. We'll come back 👍🏻
