“Excellent customer service from”
Hotel location was perfect. Staff were very good especially Asysha at reception. She above and beyond in ensuring our needs were met. Thank you Aysha. Will definitely come back to stay here again when in London.

“Amazing customer service”
Location and room were great. The gentleman that checked us in really went above and beyond for us, it was a wonderful experiance to be met with, especially in such a heat!

“Reliable Premier Inn standard with a great location”
I stayed two nights at Premier Inn Aldgate and chose this location specifically as I was attending a concert nearby. The hotel is only a 3 minute walk from Aldgate East tube, which made travel to and from the venue easy, and it's also well placed for taxi pick up if you'd rather avoid the tube. St… more

Great location, within a 5-10 min walk from Aldgate East tube and Aldgate, (we used both).
