Razuca in the breakfast hall was very helpful and cheerful. She helped me with a query we had about our luggage and we were very happy with the service we received.

“Great Hotel!”
Excellent location. Lovely clean room with a large comfy bed! Good value for London. Very clean and not noisy at all. Breakfast was great (we had one continental and one full cooked). Staff were excellent - extremely pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend.

“Short stay but perfect”
Perfect - Raluca checked us in and got us in our room early which was a great help. We requested extra towels and they were in our room when we got back after a busy day out.
