“Great customer care.”
Brilliant service from Haseena on arrival. I mentioned some small issues from a previous stay, she ensured I wouldn't have the same experience and checked in throughout my stay to make sure I was happy. It's little personal things like this that make business travel bearable. Thank you Haseena!

“Just Wow”
It was an amazing stay. Staff at reception and breakfast was lovely. I want to mention Kujeet, was lovely at front desk, will defo be back.

We arrived on Tuesday 7th April to a warm smiley reception from the lovely girl on reception, she allowed us to check into our room earlier than the stated time.
