“Excellent service, location and value for money”
We booked two nights through Secret Escapes. Just our luck we chose two of London's hottest ever days in May (35C). Initially we were given room 522 but found this to be somewhat stifling. “Lovely Hotel”
Lovely hotel. Beautiful decor. Room extremely clean. All staff very courteous and helpful. Only negs mattress and pillows were a bit hard. I’d definitely stay again

“Elegant London house , great location.”
Wonderful authentic grand London house, grand furnishings, great location in elegant Kensington (diplomatic quarter vibes). Rooms a little “tired” but spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. The staff are extremely attentive, efficient and friendly.
