“Disappointing, shabby without the chic”
For £820 for three nights this was not what we were expecting. Curtains hanging off the pole, dirty walls and edges of rooms and scruffy furniture. “Great location - basic hotel”
Not really sure how this is rated as a 4 star hotel, seems more like a basic guest house. Location is great for theatre but hotel itself is just ok.
