Such a lovely, accommodating hotel. Our flight landed in London early and Nalin was so helpful in storing our luggage, and making us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

“A consistently pleasurable experience”
I have been to London many times. The Grand has a 5 star location in London. It is walking distance to the Palace (literally around the corner), it is a 5 minute walk to Soho and the night life and a 5 minute walk to the theater and best shopping in the city.
