This was my fourth stay at The Hoxton Holborn, and what really stands out is how clearly the team listens to their guests. It’s rare to see feedback turn into real improvements—but here, it does. Location The location is excellent—Holborn station is just steps away, making it ideal for both business and tourism. You’re surrounded by everything you might need: bookstores, supermarkets, quick bites, and a great mix of restaurants and pubs. Access & Convenience Getting around is effortless. Whether you're commuting across London or just stepping out for something nearby, everything feels easy and well-connected. It’s one of the most convenient places I’ve stayed in the city. Atmosphere & Experience The hotel has a great atmosphere and very stylish. Coffee during the day is excellent, and in the evening the cocktail program really elevates the experience. It’s a space you actually want to spend time in, not just pass through. They Actually Listen During my previous visits, the lobby had an 11pm curfew and the security presence felt less welcoming. This time, it’s been extended to 1am for hotel guests, and the security team has been noticeably more friendly and accommodating (I’ll update with names once I have them). It’s a small but meaningful improvement that shows the hotel is paying attention and making thoughtful, reasonable changes to enhance the guest experience. Service A special mention to Ale (Alie) & Sophie, they truly made this stay exceptional. They handled my room change request seamlessly, were attentive, followed through on everything, and remained consistently accommodating, even with my recurring key card issue. What stood out most was their attitude: always warm, approachable, and genuinely happy to help, without ever showing frustration. Their professionalism and patience did not go unnoticed. Final Thoughts This continues to be my preferred place to stay in London. The team, the atmosphere, and the convenience all come together to create a consistently strong experience across multiple stays. I would absolutely recommend both the hotel and its staff. Ale & Sophie—thank you again. One small suggestion: extending lobby access for guests to 2am would make an already great experience even better.
