“Helpful w/day of check-in special request”
When I when I decided to bring a friend along on my trip to London, the gals at the front desk and the Mgr Jami were very friendly & went above and beyond to add a rollaway bed even after the cleaning crew had already left for the day. They were very customer service oriented & welcoming.
