“Excellent hotel, would stay again”
Excellent stay, the room was clean and modern, the staff was attentive and kind, the area surrounding the hotel is easily walkable with shopping and great restaurants very close to hand. Easy to walk or tube to shows, museums, or shopping.

“Very pleasant stay”
I very much liked the hotel. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Especially the kindness of the team was very nice and Michal at the door is such a nice human, he was very kind.

“Staff are fabulous and really make this hotel special”
We were upgraded from Montcalm Townhouse to sister property Montcalm Mayfair. Which was lovely. The staff make the hotel ! Great to eat at Akira Back as we used to enjoy this restaurant when it was at Mayfair Oriental. Laura deserves a special mention for taking care of us and rescuing our Annivers… more
