“Support staff”
I just want to give a shout out to the support staff at the rathbone. The reservations agent, Martina Giannandrea, was highly responsive and helpful, and the receptions desk was also excellent. It was true hospitality and service levels from the phone.

What a fabulous hotel, right at the most exciting part of London city, we could walk to our show at The London Palladium, the bars, restaurants and great pubs are all close by.
