We had the most wonderful stay at The Resident Victoria for my daughter’s belated 15th birthday, and I honestly cannot thank the team enough. From the moment we arrived, Lawrence and the team went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. They had kindly arranged birthday balloons and left chocolates for my daughter in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and immediately made her feel celebrated. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the comfiest we’ve slept in, the shower was excellent, and having the kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and crockery made such a difference to our stay. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Every member of staff we spoke to was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They even allowed us to check out an hour later, which meant we could enjoy our final morning in London without feeling rushed. It’s often the little acts of kindness that people remember, and this hotel was full of them. As a mum travelling with my daughter, we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Thank you, Lawrence, and the whole team, for helping make my daughter’s birthday weekend so memorable. We will absolutely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Resident Victoria to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional service in a perfect location. Lawrence is a real credit to The Resident Victoria. His genuine kindness and attention to detail turned a lovely stay into a truly memorable one for my daughter’s birthday.

“Wonderful hotel In London”

Location is great for Buckingham Palace, I am in a wheelchair it has good access but I don’t need a disabled room and they do not have one at this hotel . “My Home When in London”

This is probably my 4th time staying with the Resident. I previously stayed ta the Earl's Court location before it was closed down. So, I chose this one over the ones in Covent Garden and Soho. This is probably my 4th time staying with the Resident. I previously stayed ta the Earl's Court location before it was closed down. So, I chose this one over the ones in Covent Garden and Soho. Soho is too busy, and Covent Garden is too expensive. This was the best one I think. Everyone was friendly and helpful during my stay. Several staff members remembered me from previous stays, including one who worked at the Earl's Court one. The cleaning crew also did an excellent job. It is very quiet here even though it's very close to Buckingham Palace. It's tucked away on a small side street. It's near Marks and Spencers and Waitrose for groceries and walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. St. James Park is only a few minutes walk away, and it's perfect for a morning jog. The park is really stunning and serene. I will miss the ducks, geese and other birds. You can make a nice loop around the park and back to the hotel in about 30m. Green Park is a few minutes further away. I didn't make it there this time, but I will next visit. Transport wise, you're 8m walk (faster if you power walk) to Victoria Station. This is a major central London transit hub. You can a take train from there to do day trips to places like Brighton, Cambridge, Oxford and Bath. You may need to transfer at Paddington or King's Cross / St. Pancras, but it's close and easy. If I had something to complain about, I would. I can't really think of anything. The bed is comfortable. The pillows are a good firmness. It's easy to sleep because the area is quiet, and the other guests are as well. I will be back here during my next visit to London. I consider it my home when I'm in London.

Excellent stay at the Victoria. Love on reception was very helpful and friendly, finding a room when we checked in early. Clean, quiet and comfortable room.
