“Nice stay in midst of this small town on the river”

“disappointed”
hotel is ok but not at all happy with 2 issues. firstly no key available for room safe. also no internet . wasnt told this until after i had paid bill at check in as requested at reception. would not have booked this hotel if no safe or internet offered. will not return.
