Madrileños are famous for their hospitality, and this apartment is the perfect entrance to start enjoying it. Juan and his wife Ana walk the extra mile over and over again, and the well-trained staff follows their lead. My apartment was on the first floor with a charming balcony and temperature perfect, even for hot or cooler days. The bed is large and the mattress very comfortable, with two types of pillows to accommodate different needs. A workstation and an armchair to read. A table for having lunch or dinner. Deco is traditional and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen is state of the art, and you have everything you need using the nearby cheap Dia supermarket. The sidestreet is fantastic as so quiet and amid Central Madrid activity. Everything is close by with many buses and in the middle of two metro stations. Unless you plan to go far, you can walk to all relevant landmarks. They have a place to park as well. There’s an excellent resto on the same street, and a couple of others too. The service includes regular cleaning and changing towels, which were good quality and abundant, soap, detergent, so on and so forth. Everything is impeccable. I used wifi intensively for my work, and it worked fine. There’s a shared workplace with a computer and printing facilities that you may use. Juan will receive you regardless of how inconvenient the time is. He is the dreamy host, and trust me, and I tested his patience many times with the multiple cancellations my flights had due to the pandemic. Juan will always smile and find a reasonable alternative. The wine bottle you receive upon arrival is just one of the details that make you feel he is a friend rather than a host. I strongly recommend this place and will return for sure. I’m sure I forget the countless details, so just go and enjoy.

“Great apartment, excellent central location and very friendly owner”

Excellent apartment, fully equipped for stay, very clean (daily, but Sunday) and super central location. Highly recommended and very good price. Juan is a very friendly owner, and gave us many advises regarding places to visit and eat. Highly recommended and thank you Juan!

We loved our stay at these apartments. Juan was a warm and welcoming host who went out of his way to explain how the apartment worked and how to get to all the attractions. The location was perfect - around the corner from Gran Via with attractions, restaurants, cafes and supermarket near by. You can walk everywhere. The apartment was really spacious with a washing machine, clothes line and a whole lot of extras that you don't get in a hotel. Madrid is a fantastic city - the people are great, food and attractions beautiful. Staying here is your first step to enjoying all that Madrid has to offer,

“A Little Disappointed but Clean and Great Location”

As everyone says, the location is almost perfect. You can walk to all the major sites within 15 mins. Our penthouse apartment was clean, spacious but dated. It was well equipped with a large kitchen but the pull our sofa bed in the lounge was terribly uncomfortable with a hard straight back and narrow. We were disappointed that our room had two single beds for the money we paid. The bathroom was adequate but only a shower over the bath. There was plenty of fresh towels daily but my bottom sheet was pilled and uncomfortable the first night. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable and they squeaked when you moved. We had great difficulty unlocking our door the first day we returned from being out all day. Fortunately, we found someone on another floor who had experienced the same problem and knew the knack! The lift is very slow and small. Juan was pleasant but we only saw him at check in. Juan can I please suggest that you install a full length mirror into the penthouse apartment. There are plenty of spare walls for one.
