“Great”
Warm welcome from a lovely receptionist who informed me they had upgraded my room, lovely clean, comfortable room, great location, 5 mins from gran via, very quiet room, felt very safe as a female solo traveller, highly recommend and would book again!

From start to finish, this was a great place to stay! It is located walking distance from Plaza Mayor and about a 15 minute walk to Madrid Atocha–Almudena. “A great find ”
A really nice little place in a good location. Close to a good variet of restaurants and walking distance to most tourist sites. Staff were friendly and really helpful. The room was a good size for an old building and the ace was quiet at night. Air conditioning works well.

“Not really with balcony - basic hostal in great location”
It really is a Hostal despite some private rooms. The rooms are right off of the reception and the balcony is completely taken up by an air conditioner unit - so no sitting or using the balcony.
