“Excellent for families”
Family-friendly, awesome location, spotless rooms, and super helpful staff! We enjoyed a pleasant 6-night stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with any information we needed. The food was good, and my daughters particularly loved sleeping on the bump beds.

“The best location in Madrid.”
The hotel is fully renovated and the location is excellent. I can also say that the prices were reasonable for the period we travelled. The only negative part was during check-in. We were informed that we had been upgraded to a room on the 5th floor with a Gran Vía view, but the room wasn’t ready … more

“Convenient location”
A very well located hotel for exploring Madrid. Many attractions are within a reasonable walking distance, plus there are buses right outside the hotel.
