“Great Staff”
Location is very good for easy access to all main areas. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Room was nice, modern & clean. Breakfast choice was limited, but sufficent to start the day & leave plenty of room for Tapas! Would most certainly use again if/when we return to Madrid

“Everything correct”
Pleasant and comfortable stay at the heart of Madrid. The worker gave us tips to enjoy the neighbourhood. There is also a (small) gym you can go to .

“perfect location”
The breakfast we received was good, but the same every day; there was no variety. For example, two types of melon each day, which was tasty, but more variety would have been better. “Good”
The hotel was good and the location was excellent but the kitchen was very poor . Small plate of cheese only , coffee machine was always not working and the milk was off.
