“Phone operator hangs up on me”
Clean room, clean lobby, clean restaurant. Went back hotel almost midnight and asked for ice and water but was told it was not available as restaurant and housekeeping is close for the day. The person who ans the call just hang up on me when I said "ok, thank u". Please improve her call etiquette. … more

“Hapoy with the dining meal and front service except for the room service”
Hotel is valuable for money, need to improve and provide better service for room service after 10pm. May kindly practice a better customer service skills for room service. Front desk and breakfirst dining area service are well done! No issues at all. Thanks Bintang for the approach and the reviews.

“My honest review”
I've been here a couple of times during my visit to Johor Bahru. The atmosphere is chill. The staff, especially in the front desk, is very, very friendly and attentive.
