“Good value”
For the price we paid from booking online, it was a great value. Beautiful view from 9th floor, remodeled room was clean and efficient, quit spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quit good with a lot of variety.

“Generous size hotel in Batu Pahat that is in need of some good TLC by the owner”
Average hotel. It has the size but overall this hotel looks tired. Perhaps it is in need of some TLC and good refurbishment. Location is good and is part of the same complex that has a popular supermarket (Target). Outdoor carpark near the main door has some kind of foul smell.

“A short stay”
I like the big rooms that they have in the hotel.thou i did complaint on the low water flow n uncold air cond..guess what they immediately repaired it.maybe they only attend upon complaints by guest. I stayed here many times during balik kampung seasons, and so far I’ve no issue whatsoever. Of course you get what you paid for. It’s just a pretty basic hotel, so don’t expect to get luxurious amenities other 4/5 stars hotels are offering. Breakfast was pretty standard with limited spread of foods… more
