“the staff was very friendly and helpful”
All the facilities were extremely satisfactory. The best part is that the hotel is located right near Dataran Pahlawan, and the kids had a great time splashing around in the swimming pool too.

“All good and feel good, good if food in the lounge is labled with chicken or beef tag”
All good but this time hotel was packed i think, luckily i checked throgh the lounge 12th floor nice and easy, only thing the food served in lounge does not have food tag like if it contains beef or chicken

“Excellent service by Azman”
A very nice hotel with customer friendly service. Hotel has good ambience and facilities. An enjoyable stay. Especially En Azman Ahmad, for his excellent service to us for our week stay.

“Hatten Stay..”
Location walking distance to all the tourist spot. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool & gym are ok. Bed is super comfy. Staff are friendly. Pool are crowded due school holiday, what to expect.
